Buying
Buy the right property.
At the right price.
Clear property guidance, straight answers and practical advice, so you can understand what you're buying and make your decision with confidence.
For buyers
A clear head at the biggest moments.
Buying a home is a big decision. My role is to give you clear information about the property, answer your questions honestly, and help you understand what you're buying so you can make your decision with confidence.
When I'm selling a property, I represent the seller and negotiate on their behalf. But I also believe buyers should be treated with respect, given the information they need, and allowed to make an informed decision without unnecessary pressure.
A buyer who understands the value is better placed to make a confident offer.
- Clear information about the property, its features, and the surrounding area.
- Help understanding the lifestyle the home and location can offer.
- Straight answers to questions throughout the buying process.
- Clear communication from offer through to settlement.
- Practical support after settlement as you settle into your new home.

Both sides
A good sale has to work for both sides.
My responsibility is to achieve the best possible outcome for my seller. But for that to happen, the buyer also has to see and appreciate the value in the home and the lifestyle it offers.
I take the time to help buyers understand the property, the location, and what makes it worth considering. I answer questions honestly and guide them through the process, while continuing to represent and negotiate firmly for my seller.
Helping a buyer feel informed and confident doesn't weaken the seller's position. Done well, it strengthens it.

For investors
Investing with clarity, not guesswork.
Good property decisions start with the numbers, but they don't end there.
My background in accounting means I naturally look beyond the headline price. I consider the property, location, comparable sales, rental demand, and the broader reasons behind the purchase, while staying within my role as a real estate professional rather than providing financial, tax, or legal advice.
Whether you're considering your first investment or adding another property, I'll give you clear property information and an honest view of what I'm seeing in the market so you can make your own informed decision.
Off-the-plan & house and land
Buying new, with your eyes open.
Buying off-the-plan or house and land is different from buying an established home. You're often making a decision from plans, specifications, inclusions, renders, and information about something that may not yet exist.
I've spent more than a decade working with new developments, and have also worked in house and land. That experience means I understand the questions buyers tend to have, the details that matter, and the process from signing through to settlement and construction milestones.
- Understand what is included in the property or package, and what may be additional.
- Make sense of plans, specifications, inclusions, and expected timelines.
- Understand the location, product, and comparable property in the surrounding market.
- Know the key questions to ask before committing.
- Seek independent legal, financial, or building advice where it is appropriate.
After settlement
The help doesn't stop at settlement.
Buying a home is also about settling into everything that comes afterwards.
Over the years, I've built relationships with trades, suppliers, and local businesses, and I'm happy to share those connections with my buyers.
That might mean helping you find a trusted tradesperson, pointing you towards places for whitegoods, blinds, curtains, or rugs, or simply recommending a good local shop or restaurant once you move into the neighbourhood.
Where I have access to supplier discounts, I'm happy to pass those opportunities on.
It's a small part of what I do, but I believe good service should continue beyond the transaction.
Buying philosophy
Confidence creates better decisions.
Buyers rarely make their strongest decision when they feel rushed, confused, or uncertain.
My approach is to give buyers the information they need, answer questions honestly, and help them understand what makes the property and location worth considering.
I still represent my seller and negotiate firmly on their behalf. But I believe the best transactions happen when the buyer also feels informed, respected, and confident in the decision they're making.
"I can tell she genuinely wanted me to succeed. Even after the sale she has stayed in contact, making sure I'm settling in and if there's anything I need."
