Buying

Buy the right property.
At the right price.

Clear property guidance, straight answers and practical advice, so you can understand what you're buying and make your decision with confidence.

For buyers

A clear head at the biggest moments.

Buying a home is one of the largest decisions you will make, and it is usually made under time pressure with incomplete information. You deserve better than that.

So here is where we stand, up front. When we are selling a property we act for the seller and we will negotiate hard for them. What that does not mean is leaving you in the dark. You get straight answers, the information you actually need, and room to decide without being pushed.

You will make a stronger offer when you understand what you are buying.

  • Clear information about the property, its features, and the surrounding area.
  • Help understanding the lifestyle the home and location can offer.
  • Clear communication from offer through to settlement.

Both sides

A good sale has to work for both sides.

For a sale to hold together, you have to see the value in the home, not just the price on it.

So you get time, honest answers, and the detail behind the property. What sold nearby, what the strata looks like, what the building is actually like to live in.

None of that weakens the seller's position. It strengthens it, because a buyer who understands the value does not disappear the week before settlement.

Perth investment apartment

For investors

Investing with clarity, not guesswork.

Good property decisions start with the numbers, but they don't end there.

You get more than the headline price. Comparable sales, rental demand, the position, and the reasons behind the purchase, so you can see what you are actually buying into. We are not a financial adviser, an accountant or a lawyer, and we will not pretend to be.

Whether this is your first investment or your fifth, the decision stays yours. You just get to make it on better information.

Off-the-plan & house and land

Buying new, with your eyes open.

Buying off-the-plan or house and land is different from buying an established home. You're often making a decision from plans, specifications, inclusions, renders, and information about something that may not yet exist.

You will want to know which questions to ask, what the inclusions actually cover, how the finish is likely to differ from the render, and what happens between signing and handover. That is the stretch we have spent more than a decade in, and you get the benefit of it.

  • Understand the location, product, and comparable property in the surrounding market.
  • Seek independent legal, financial, or building advice where it is appropriate.

After settlement

The help doesn't stop at settlement.

You get the trades, suppliers and local businesses worth knowing, built up over twenty years of doing this.

That might mean helping you find a trusted tradesperson, pointing you towards places for whitegoods, blinds, curtains, or rugs, or simply recommending a good local shop or restaurant once you move into the neighbourhood.

Where supplier discounts exist, they get passed on to you.

It is a small part of the job. It is also the part that shows whether anyone actually cared.

★★★★★
"I can tell she genuinely wanted me to succeed. Even after the sale she has stayed in contact, making sure I'm settling in and if there's anything I need."
